James Galway

James Galway/Virtuoso made a big impact as the long haired easy going flautist with the Berlin Philharmonic. His looks caused such a stir with the orchestral management that they refused to let him on camera whenever the orchestra was being filmed to keep the clean image of the world's leading classical orchestra intact.

James Galway came into the general public's eye when he left the orchestra to go 'solo'. He had a top ten hit with 'Annie's Song ' and since then has had the most successful career of any flautist, making the instrument popular.

Neil has recorded 2 Albums with James Galway over the last 2 years 'Tango Del Fuego' and 'Un-Break My Heart' for RCA Victor.
